All orders accepted by GCDC Limited will be subject to the terms and conditions of sale set out below.
Definitions
The following definitions apply
Company is defined as GCDC Limited (Registration number 115309C) of
Trinity House, 130 Bucks Road, Douglas, Isle of Man. IM1 3AH
Customer is defined as persons purchasing our product on the internet, by mail order, by telephone, or direct sale (where product is exchanged for cash, cheque, or credit card).
Pricing
Any prices shown are only applicable to those purchases made via this website
Special Offers and promotions advertised in the press, or other media, may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online
All prices are correct at time of display online, and include VAT where appropriate
In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed
Delivery of Goods
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom , although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses, and certain remote locations
Your order will be delivered either by Isle of Man Post Office, Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, or by Courier.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays, please allow an extra 2 working days
From the receipt of your order, we endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 21 days
Deliveries to remote locations may take longer
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you are out when the courier arrives, the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to rearrange a suitable delivery time, or for you to collect the goods from the local depot
IMPORTANT
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section, however occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. Where possible, we will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delay
Payment
Credit card
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery
Liability
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorized use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorized use you should contact your card issuer without delay
Cheques
Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase
Complaints and Queries
If you are not happy with any aspect of our service or if you have any queries or comments, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, we will supply a replacement product, or give you a refund of the purchase price. Simply return it to us by post
We aim to dispatch a replacement product, or refund your money within 14 days

Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by, and construed in accordance with Manx law. The Company and the Customer hereby irrevocably submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the purpose of determining all disputes arising in connection with the Contract, order, or these Terms & Conditions
